The Brazilian variant of this Doctrine was constructed by the contribution by Golbery do Couto e Silva and the agencies like the Superior School of War (ESCOLA SUPERIOR DE GUERRA), and it was gave the support to the formatting of the State of National Security (ESTADO DE SEGURANÇA NACIONAL) from 1964 to 1985. It was understood that the communist action could reach the society for many ways, as through music, it was being necessary for the maintenance of the internal security the edition of a vast gamma of coercitive and disciplinariety actions, where we detach the censorship. Thus, the present work wants to understand the reasons that it had taken the State to execute the censorship on part of the workmanship of the composer Chico Buarque and, like this, to understand the political thoughts of the state, parallel and opposing politician to the thought politician of Chico Buarque. This thing would constitute in the counterpoint to the authoritarianism, it became an important composer actor and politician too, and its representative workmanship of one micropolitics in the State wills.Chico Buarque, in gradual, would take form as a dangerous and subversive one, therefore the reinterpretation of the verses of his songs gained a contour politician unliked by the leading elites then. The analysis of his songs agreed to the prohibitive legislation of the explicit time because of the censorship in part of the buarqueana workmanship, it was considered real subversive for the parameters of the Doctrine of National Security.eng
