Percepção de satisfação dos alunos da escolinha de basquete de Palmeira das Missões - RS

Abstract

The growth and the substancial accession of the sports activities led the city Hall of Palmeira das Missões to create the Municipal Sports Department, Youth and Leisure, due to the lack of sports practices in the city, and because of that, the creation of the Basketball School. Considering the importance of such public policy, it is necessary to identify the level of the students´ satisfaction of the Basketball School from Palmeira das Missões- RS. To reach such aim, the methods used on the research concerning the aim were exploratory with quantitative approach and descriptive method through data collect in the form of census, where they were applied questionnaires with closed questions to the Basketball School students. After the data collect, they were put on a table and boards for both better visualization and also interpretation. The research had as the population 34 participants and the obtained results show that, in general, the students are satisfied with the Basketball School , however there are some aspects which must be reviewed, mainly referring to the schedule for the classes offered by the school. Most of the students, realize the benefits on the performance of their abilities. On the research they are presented some suggestions to improve the level of the students´ satisfaction.
