Desenvolvimento de um sistema de gerenciamento de eventos para grupos PET

Abstract

Groups of the Tutorial Education Program develop activities in the areas of teaching, research and extension. Many of these activities are related to events involving public participation, demanding the management of registration and participation, in addition to the generation and sending of certificates. Thus, the present work proposes a system to manage and automate all this flow existing in PET groups. A literature review and a survey were carried out to identify the real need for the software in the context of the groups. The architecture of the system was structured aiming at dynamism and the use of modern technologies. The system was implemented in the PET group of the Information Systems course at the Federal University of Santa Maria. The implementation results were very positive, having fulfilled the objectives of bringing efficiency to the process. It is intended to publicize the system so that more groups can use it.
