| dc.description.abstract | humanity's historical process came being accomplished only by men. However, in the society that vein changing, that is, started to observe the woman's meaning better due to the family organization, in the economy, in the social movements, in the politics and in the collective work. Therefore, the hard-working woman's presence in the rural world as workforce starting from the modernization of the Brazilian agriculture, is an important object to be researched. After all, with the modernization of the agriculture begun starting from the decades of 1960-80 the woman passed to attend as workforce and no totally subordinate to the family as previous decades. Starting from a bibliographical theoretical analysis it intends to emphasize the idea the rural hard-working woman, for
doing part of a considerable portion of the society and for representing a workforce it activates in great scale in the capitalist world, it should not be forgotten and nor treated with indifference. The rural hard-working women as social subjects and vain politicians continually transforming their lives and leaving the invisibility. Therefore,

| dc.description.resumo | Pode-se afirmar que as mulheres foram esquecidas pela História até pouco tempo atrás, ou melhor, parece que o processo histórico da humanidade veio sendo realizado somente por homens. Porém, na sociedade isso veio mudando, isto é, passou-se a observar melhor o significado da mulher diante da organização familiar, na economia, nos movimentos sociais, na política e no trabalho coletivo. Por isso, a presença da mulher trabalhadora no mundo rural como força de trabalho a partir da modernização da agricultura brasileira, é um objeto importante a ser pesquisado. Afinal, com a modernização da agricultura iniciado a partir das décadas de 1960-80, a mulher passou a comparecer como força de trabalho e não mais totalmente subordinada à família, como em décadas anteriores. A partir de uma análise teórica bibliográfica, pretende-se ressaltar a ideia de que a mulher trabalhadora rural, por fazer parte de uma parcela considerável da sociedade e por representar uma força de trabalho ativa em grande escala no mundo capitalista, não deve ser esquecida e nem tratada com indiferença.As mulheres trabalhadoras rurais como sujeitos sociais e políticos vão continuamente transformando suas vidas e saindo da invisibilidade. Portanto, através dos movimentos de mulheres trabalhadoras fazem suas reivindicações tentam transformar o mundo rural brasileiro. | por |
