Abstract

This research brings a boarding of the occured transformations in the world of the work, in the last decades, function of the deep productive reorganization of the capital. The reorganization it has for base the intensive introduction of new technologies and innovations in the management of the work and the production as well as the rationalization of the production in the search of new techniques in constant perfectioning aiming at the sophisticated levels each time more of formation of the work force. In this direction, this research analyzes the introduction of the new productive methods and its consequences in the formation of the worker in which the knowledge starts to have great relevance, to know and abilities to them of the workers to act in this new productive paradigm. However, this process is not homogeneous, a great part of the individuals does not possess access to the knowledge and the formation necessary to make front to the new requirements imposed for the new paradigm, thus generating the great quantity of excluded, that they meet unemployeds or occupying of precarious works and badly remunerated, what finishes breaking up and disorganization the working class.
