Projeto global: a gestão educacional e a articulação das famílias num contexto de educação não-escolar
Abstract
O presente trabalho monográfico foi desenvolvido com o objetivo de compreender como se constrói a relação escola e família tendo como ponto de partida o Projeto Global que acontece em uma escola municipal de Dois Irmão/RS considerando a gestão democrática escolar. Os objetivos específicos, desse estudo foram: investigar qual é o papel do professor, da direção, da supervisão e da família na vida escolar do aluno no que se refere ao andamento escolar dele ao estar inserido no Projeto Global; Identificar quais são os meios facilitadores, ou não, da participação, de modo a compreender o grau de participação da comunidade escolar na gestão democrática e sua efetivação. Os principais autores utilizados foram Lück (2009), Paro (2007), Libâneo (2000). O recorte metodológico se deu através da pesquisa qualitativa e os dados foram coletados pelos instrumentos de observação e análise de documentos como a avaliação institucional que as famílias respondem ao final do ano, as avaliações da participação das famílias em um sábado legal e as avaliações que os professores respondem ao final do ano. Refletindo sobre isso percebeu-se que a participação da família se dá através de reuniões e de participações em eventos proporcionados pelo Projeto e que há uma participação bastante efetiva dessas famílias. Porém, os professores são bastante direcionados, pois sempre são levados a responder aquilo que a instituição deseja, tendo suas opiniões utilizadas somente quando convém, faltando assim uma gestão mais democrática nesse contexto estudado.
