Perfil epidemiológico e intervenções para o enfrentamento das condições crônicas de municípios da região central do Rio Grande do Sul
Abstract
Condições crônicas de saúde são as principais causas de óbitos no mundo, atingindo principalmente populações mais vulneráveis. O objetivo deste estudo foi caracterizar a população acometida por condições crônicas em municípios de baixa densidade demográfica, pertencentes à região Entre Rios (Jari, Mata e Nova Esperança do Sul) abrangidos pela 4a Coordenadoria Regional de Saúde (CRS), quanto à faixa etária, sexo, raça e morbidade (esta indicada pelo CID-10), assim como propor ações que auxiliem no combate dessas condições de saúde. A pesquisa foi realizada entre novembro e dezembro de 2016 e ocorreu em três etapas: i) levantamento de informações no DATASUS – série histórica de 2011-2015; ii) tratamento e análise dos dados e iii) elaboração de ações pontuais pertinentes às condições crônicas. Cada município apresentou sua particularidade quanto às condições crônicas, mas foram encontradas coincidências de internações hospitalares que persistiram no período pesquisado, tais como: homens adultos e brancos apresentaram doenças dos aparelhos respiratório, circulatório e digestório. As ações sugeridas foram: territorialização, cadastro populacional, implantação do acolhimento, consultas de enfermagem, consultas programadas e de demanda espontânea, utilização de diretrizes e protocolos clínicos pelas equipes de saúde, estratificação de riscos para identificar os diferentes graus de risco/vulnerabilidade dos usuários, fortalecimento de ações de promoção e de prevenção da saúde com realização de atividades coletivas e em grupos, realização regular de visitas domiciliares e gestão de caso para os mais complexos. Além disso, é necessário educação permanente para os profissionais da Estratégia Saúde da Família, incluindo a noção de planejamento estratégico situacional (conceito e método indispensável para o enfrentamento das condições crônicas), entre outros processos de formação profissional em serviço.
