Abstract

The present work deals with the theme of High Abilities / Superdestination (AH / SD), investigating the context of fraternal bonds. It will be explained about the theory of the Three Rings of Renzulli (2014), of the multiple intelligences, proposed by Gardner (2001), as well as of the diverse modalities of families described in the contemporaneity, Oliveira (2011), Goldani (1993) and Dias ). The general objective of this research is to investigate how the bond between sisters without AH / SD occurs with the sibling who has AH / SD, thus verifying the impact of these relationships on the family life of both. The methodology of the research followed a qualitative approach, of the type study of case, having as theoretical contribution Gil (2008) and Yin (2010). For data collection a semi-structured interview with three sisters of a child with AH / SD was used. After analyzing the data, itwas verified that the young child's precocity led the mother to seek help for the identification process. In addition, it has been observed that the sisters participate in the life of the brother and feel happy for the advances of the same. Finally, the results of this research point out that in this family there are several opportunities for the members to interact and, with this, that fraternal bonds are built in a positive way. From this, the affectivities in the relations between siblings present relevant and significant aspects to the development of the child with AH / SD.
