A reorganização do trabalho pedagógico na educação infantil no contexto da pandemia: fragmentos de uma vivência

Abstract

This work is linked to the Postgraduate Program in Public Policies and Educational Management, from the Federal University of Santa Maria. Its general objective was "To identify and discuss the challenges and restructuring necessary in the practice of pedagogical work in Early Childhood Education." And as specific objectives: “To know and discuss the public policies that guide the work of Early Childhood Education, more specifically the National Curriculum Guidelines for Early Childhood Education; and, Reflect on the implications of thinking pedagogical work in Early Childhood Education in the remote work situation. ” Understanding the complexity of the pedagogical work, we seek to contribute to the discussions on the reorganizations necessary for teaching in the model of emergency remote work. For the development of the work, a qualitative approach was chosen, whose data were organized into the following categories: Theoretical study; Research context (subject / school); Interview; and, Research analysis. The research data reveal that it is possible to develop pedagogical practices with children from early childhood education remotely, having to overcome some challenges and difficulties, according to reports by a teacher from the municipality of Agudo from an intentional interview. From the data, we were able to identify that the challenges experienced in the reorganization of pedagogical practice in Early Childhood Education were: Remote work reinforced the importance of the school as the special space for learning, revealing that no remote work replaces the face-to-face relationship that only happens at school . We also highlight the importance of having developed an interview with one of the teachers in the municipality of Agudo, as reports like these were fundamental to understand what was happening in the process of reorganizing work in the context of the pandemic. These restructurings showed the power of education and the professionals who work in it, because, in the midst of so many impossible things, they made possible learning actions, demonstrating their commitment to education and especially to children. The lived scenario, moves us to continue fighting and within so many political attacks experienced in the year 2020, in which education was sometimes disregarded, the feeling that remains and the great learning is: we will fight, resist and win!
