O trabalho colaborativo entre a gestão e a comunidade escolar em uma escola pública de Santa Maria

Abstract

This work is linked to the Specialization Course in Educational Managament, has as goal investigate how collaborative work is carried between managers and the school community so that happens an better performance by the students. As a research metodology, case study and qualitative approach are used. As an instrument of data collection, a questionnaire composed of four question is used. The research subjects are managers who work in a public school in the municipality of Santa Maria, were invited 3 (three) managers to participate but only 2 (two) gave return. We used the studies of Bardin (2011) for the analysis of the content. To achieve the objectives, it was necessary to carry out bibliograph studies on school managament, analyze what the research collaborators think about the pedagogical meetings, as well as the participation of the school community. For the development of the theoretical foundation, the following authors were used: Banks (2009), Ferreira (2006), Freire (2001), Hargreaves (1998), Libâneo (2003), Minayo (1994), Paro ( 2001), Vieira (2007) between others. The opportunity to study school management provided to find answers to the inquiries that originated this research proposal. Showing as the course of the research how important it is for the manager to work in a collaborative way with all the subjectives that are included in the school. The participation of the managers was of extreme importance for the research, once without them it would not be possible to carry out this work. It is concluded that the managers have an essential function so that the school community participates in the events that occur in the school, with this participation there will be positive changes in the education , shince these subjects construct the school reality.
