Narrativas contadas e escritas que agem: experiências de mulheres em ambientes educacionais e cooperativos

Abstract

I am being invited to a movement of (re)invention of myself, of my ethics of existence, I think when reflecting on the thesis. She who invites me to be beautiful, to generosity, to meet others. A care for myself and a restlessness and (per)formation that deconstruct the pre-established, the universal and totalizing truth. I follow the ethics of truth that the words carry. I take care of your actions in me and in the world. I let myself be affected, I let myself connect, I move and dance with the other. I intervene in the world and in its realities, I transform my life into art, a cycle that encourages me to think about my existence as an artist, since for a while, my suffering led me to forget the beauty of walking, I forgot that I was Inventing daily, I also forgot that my ethics was provisional, that my moral values came from the universal, and that I needed to follow my concerns and produce a new existence. This beginning of writing, which arrives with an air of surprise and restlessness, also invites you to a journey. This one that makes us think about the production of existence and makes us reflect daily on our investigative actions and processes. Along the way, I find other existences that generously share their narratives, whether written or spoken, whether through textual-bodies or their presence. I don't allow myself to belittle details here, not even to rank importance, each one, in its own way, becomes indispensable for the writing in action that is presented. However, what I can tell you, to instigate you to know this path, and so we can walk together along the trails, is that the desire that moved my crossing sought, mediated by experiences told by the women presidents of the Cooperativa-Escola do Colégio Politécnico da UFSM, to weave narratives, reflecting to what extent there is institutional space for young women to act in spaces of power and how self-narratives are constructed, crossed by experiences in educational and cooperative environments. Therefore, our script enabled the collective construction of a narrative from memories about the cooperative-school, as well as the weaving of stories, to a certain extent fictional, that traveled through the stations from the narratives and writings of themselves. These are based on and inspired by Margareth Rago, Amábile Tolio Boessio and Chirley Mendes. It was also possible, through my reflective diary, to transpose reflections referring to the ethics of research and my scientific work, along with a walk with Michel Foucault and Paulo Freire. I also travel through bell hooks' transgressive proposition, I take steps with Guacira Lopes Louro when thinking about gender in education and I meet Jean-Luc Moriceau who introduces me to the aesthetic turn in organizational studies. Inspired by the true encounter of Vladimir Safatle, I am surprised by so many encounters and details, these unspeakable in the synthesis of this trip, but which affect me. Thus, I follow the paths of beauty, I find myself reflected in other young women and women, I (re)build my ethics and I feel encouraged in this writingAction movement.
