dc.description.abstract | There is not a rule manual neither a “magic formula” in order that an enterprise can be competitive as
well as reach the success and the market sustainability. But one thing seems to be obvious; the
enterprises more and more depend on their intellectual capital to achieve their goals and aims. The
collaborators are the ones that move the organization as well as create, innovate, change, transform,
solve the problems and generate opportunities. In a world where the competition become global, and
where the products and the services are more and more similar in terms of price and quality, the
difference is the knowledge, the creativity and the power of inventing, creating and generating new
opportunities. The main leadership’s challenge is to stimulate the collaborators to contribute with their
effort and potentialities to the organizational success as much as possible. This paper does not present
a solution, it only brings some concepts and ideas about how to manage, develop, attract and retain the
human capital in the organizations as well as to keep the workers motivated, committed, wellsucceeded
and happy with what they are doing. Besides that, this paper also aims to focus on the
workers rotation in enterprises and to present some techniques and procedures to attract and retain the
best professionals in the organizations. The well-succeeded enterprises are the ones that use the human
capital as a market competitive advantage, guaranteeing their success, growing and their market
sustainability. | eng |

alcance o sucesso e a sustentabilidade no mercado.
