With a high demand for distance learning courses (EaD) in the current context, there is also a need to improve the teaching technologies used in the teaching and learning processes, regarding the need to build teaching materials in the case of the Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM). In this study, practices and guidelines are investigated that favor and instruct developers, designers and users of digital resources to make teaching materials available with design processes, with the purpose of giving greater quality to quality education and teaching and learning and promoting or awakening the student interest. This investigation is justified because we understand that using structural elements of graphic design in VLE/Moodle courses can contribute to offering and engaging students in the execution of activities by teachers. Based on this, we examine alternatives to enhance the teaching materials, with a hypothesis that through the creation of a MOOC course - Massive Online Open Course, of virtual teaching of teaching of digital didactic learning in environments (AVA), to be able to train teachers and tutors of accessible and practical way without requiring prior knowledge of design, in addition to encouraging teachers to produce multimedia material. The research methodology starts from the revision of the course based on a diagnosis and diagnosis, implements by a design from a base of specialists and course participants, through a base assessment for specialists and course participants to analyze and interpret the data obtained. The data from the training analysis, carried out by expert evaluators and twenty-three course participants, show that the product responds to the proposed objectives with the diversity of employees in the training, considering that the resources (images, videos, infographics, plugins) make the interactive environment, in addition to promoting meaningful learning, as employees explore elements make the student more active in the learning process. As a product of this, we present MOOC, we hope, and research that research will contribute to education and, at the same time, bring motivation to students for the development of similar ones.eng
