SysPaperAdvice: desenvolvimento de um protótipo de sistema de recomendação de trabalhos e artigos científicos

Abstract

Systems Recommendation is an application used to filter information on the Internet, showing the main suggestions found for search done by the user who uses the system. However, most searches are still performed directly by browsers or through search tools, causing the user to filter results manually, wasting time. In this context, this work presents a Prototype of a System of Recommendation of Scientific Papers, the SysPaperAdvice is implemented through Content-Based Filtering techniques, Collaborative Filtration, related to the registered user profile, to support students, professors and researchers in the search for information sources.
