A estimulação do movimento no desenvolvimento da criança nos anos iniciais
Abstract
A estimulação do movimento tem como objetivo auxiliar a criança, principalmente na
primeira fase da infância, em seu desenvolvimento nas habilidades psicomotoras, cognitivas,
sociais, afetivas, e de linguagem, procurando mantê-la ativa e dinâmica, através de modos de
expressões, brincadeiras, jogos e exercícios físicos, ampliando a afetividade e o
relacionamento entre a criança e o educador. Esse trabalho teve como objetivo principal,
verificar a importância da estimulação do movimento no desenvolvimento da criança nos anos
iniciais, na visão dos docentes. Para tanto, foi aplicado um questionário semiestruturado, aos
docentes do Colégio Estadual Divino Mestre, localizada no município de Paraí, no estado do
RS. Participaram da pesquisa, cinco (5) docentes, que atuam do 1º ao 5º ano. Foram
analisados os dados obtidos no questionário, discorrendo com as teorias de alguns
conhecedores sobre o tema. Os dados apresentados indicaram que os docentes envolvidos na
pesquisa, consideram a estimulação do movimento importante para o desenvolvimento da
criança. A mesma não é uma atividade para “pular” fases, mas para proporcionar melhores
condições de desenvolvimento para criança. Na escola, é importante que docentes despertem
para a necessidade de aperfeiçoar-se profissionalmente, a fim de colocar em prática as
atividades de estimulação, no intuito de melhorar a qualidade do trabalho.
