Análise de série histórica do indicador de internações por condições sensíveis à atenção básica de Santa Maria
Abstract
Os indicadores são considerados medidas-síntese que contém informações sobre determinados atributos e dimensões do estado de saúde e do desempenho do sistema de saúde. Vistos em conjunto, refletem a situação sanitária de uma população e servem para vigilância das condições de saúde. Com este estudo, objetivou-se identificar e analisar a situação de saúde da Atenção Básica (AB) de Santa Maria por meio do indicador de desempenho mais desfavorável na série histórica 2008-2012 referente à ampliação do acesso da AB e comparar com o mesmo indicador do Rio Grande do Sul e do Brasil. Foi realizada uma pesquisa descritiva documental a partir do levantamento dos indicadores da Planilha de Pactuação de Indicadores para Acompanhamento dos Municípios no DATASUS, referente à ampliação do acesso à AB. Foi analisado o indicador de desempenho mais desfavorável no período de 2008 a 2012. Observou-se que o indicador de desempenho mais desfavorável no decorrer da série histórica foi o indicador de Proporção de Internações por Condições Sensíveis a Atenção Básica (ICSAB), que aumentou seus valores até 2010 e se manteve praticamente nesta condição até 2012. No ano de 2010, o aumento correspondeu a uma variação de 95% em relação ao ano base (2008). Percebeu-se que a cobertura populacional estimada pelas equipes de atenção básica pode ter influenciado diretamente no desempenho do indicador de ICSAB.
