Pessoa com deficiência e sua inclusão no ambiente de trabalho: a inclusão social vista pelo olhar da comunicação organizacional interna
Abstract
A monografia tem como objetivo compreender a inclusão da Pessoa com Deficiência no mercado de trabalho e como a comunicação organizacional interna pode contribuir para a acessibilidade do profissional nas organizações. O objetivo geral da pesquisa é analisar como o setor de comunicação organizacional contribui para a inclusão e acessibilidade da PcD no ambiente organizacional. Seus objetivos específicos são definir inclusão social e acessibilidade no ambiente organizacional, compreender o processo de comunicação interna para a PcD e identificar os entraves existentes tanto do ponto de vista da PcD como da organização para a humanização da inclusão. A metodologia utilizada foi pesquisa qualitativa, do tipo estudo de caso e pesquisas bibliográficas. A escolha pela organização nomeada como “Empresa Vida” (devido a questões de tempo para a devida autorização do uso da marca), ocorreu pela proximidade da pesquisadora com o objeto de pesquisa. Os autores escolhidos para o embasamento teórico foram Sassaki (2010) e Schwarz (2009) norteando o tema inclusão e acessibilidade, a Constituição Federal do Brasil, onde ocorreu a busca pelo suporte legal para o tema e autores que trabalham o tema comunicação nas organizações como Kunsch (2010) e Marchiori (2010), Wolton (2010) falando sobre informação e comunicação. Na “empresa Vida” onde foi realizada entrevistas e observação participativa que possibilitou o pesquisador observar os lados envolvidos na inclusão, empresa e PcD possibilitando um olhar igualitário da inclusão. Com a pesquisa foram encontradas questões subjetivas que tornam a comunicação na organização diferentes do ideal, dirigindo a conclusão que a empresa precisa de uma comunicação humanizada para alcançar o ideal de inclusão que se almeja na organização.
