dc.description.abstract | Hypertension is a chronic disease that has been identified as one of the major
mortality factors and may contribute to the risk of cardiovascular and renal diseases.
This study aimed to analyze the national and international scientific production
regarding pharmaceutical care for patients with arterial hypertension. It is a study of
narrative literature review developed in the virtual health library (vhl), in national and
international journals, available in the databases: medline, ibecs, lilacs and
collecciona sus. Portuguese, english and spanish productions were published in the
period from 2012 to 2017. In this temporal delimitation, 15 articles were selected.
Considering the similarity of the information, the following themes emerged:
pharmacists' skills and contribution to adherence in treatment, telemedicine in
pharmaceutical care, collaborative medical-pharmaceutical practice and hypertension
related to cardiovascular diseases. Pharmaceutical care in the participation of
primary health care contributes significantly to the reduction of arterial hypertension
and the pathology does not evolve to other cardiovascular diseases, thus reducing
costs with hospitalizations and diseases. In recent years, it has been observed that
telemedicine has contributed to better patient access and treatment efficacy. | eng |

tratamento, telemedicina no cuidado farmacêutico, prática colaborativa médicofarmacêutico
e Hipertensão relacionada com doenças cardiovasculares. A atenção
tratamentos. | por |
