A importância do papel da afetividade na construção da dinâmica escolar e na relação professor-aluno

Abstract

This paper deals with affection as an essential factor in the process of teaching and learning, because it acts positively in the educational life. To have a healthy and appropriate development within the school environment is necessary to establish positive relationships, to achieve the educational objectives. The objective is to analyze and understand the importance of teacher-student relationship as indifferent factor, complicating or facilitator of the teaching process, understand the concept of affection, describe the school and the class involved and watch the affection in school construction between teacher-student, in the classroom. A field survey was carried out through a questionnaire with open questions, observations and conversations / dialogue with respondents of the school's target search, opposite the perception of teachers. The subjects are (06) six teachers of early childhood education, that teach at the Municipal School Children Little Piece Of Heaven. Through this study could be identified because the affection has an important role in the school and the relationship between teachers and students. It was found that the affective, moral and education are inextricably linked to learning and that they significantly influence the way humans solve conflicts. The research may also demonstrate that teachers and school staff can help develop the potential that each student has, within its possibilities and limitations. The affection is related to the mutual respect between teacher and student, with communication and interaction between them and the collective construction of the rules and limits.
