[Em-nós] identidades instagranianas

Abstract

The present study is about a development artistic research about the virtual identities of social networks and mobile editing applications. The main objective of theresearch is in the production of these identities, analyzing and questioning about the concepts and visualities that surround them. The methodology used is built on the artist's particular processes and are explained throughout the text. As result is present the series [EM-NÓS] developed for the defense of masters degree. As a result, we have the developed series [EM-NÓS] for the master's degree, It was presented in the form of two exhibitions: one virtual in the Instagram App and another in the Exhibition Hall Professor Claudio Carriconde, at the Arts and Letters Center of the Federal University of Santa Maria / RS. The virtual exhibition contemplates about forty productions in digital art, both image and video. The physical exhibition shows two printed series of 40 images, three productions in video projection and two tablet‘s videos. In all, the artistic production, [EM-NÓS], brings together three works groups that are deployed throughout the text. In addition, particular productions stand out, where each one of the identities tells a different story to the reader / spectator.The importance of this research and the conclusions obtained in this investigative process are highlighted at the end.
