Desenvolvimento de uma aplicação web de compartilhamento de conteúdos de graduação com uso de filtragem colaborativa

Abstract

As the Internet evolved, it became an important ally in the lives of college students. There are several possibilities to study online, such as reading digital books, watching videos and participating in discussion forums. However, the huge amount of information available from several sources makes it difficult for students to find the higher quality contents, leading to a poor learning experience. In order to solve this, this work performs the analyzes and development of a web application for sharing contents related to undergraduate disciplines, focusing on content recommendation through the collaborative filtering technique. The de- veloped prototype allows students to share, rate and view undergraduate contents. More importantly, it recommend contents based on other students who share the same interests.
