Abstract

This Work of Conclusion Course presents part of the supervised traineeship experience I and II during the Bachelor's Degree in Social Work of the Federal University of Santa Maria from September to December 2016 and from March to August 2017 at the Orchestrating Art Association. Founded in 2014, it is a non-profit social welfare charity institution. It has more than 120 (one hundred and twenty) students from 6 to 29 years old in which they receive Social Work assistance through the reception, referral and social support also extended to family members; and through this and the workshops - Pedagogical Support – Family - Integrated Arts and Human Education - the Association let the users closer to social rights. Orchestrating Art does not have fixed government resources, depending on the awareness of companies and society in the receipt of products and services for the many workshops. The social worker, who is also a manager, sensitizes sponsors / employees to show the importance of the service provided. The traineeship allowed us to consider the extent of the strengthening of institutional and family ties with respect to the relative autonomy of the social worker in this area of the Third Sector. In this perspective, the intervention of the trainee was carried out where she sought to strengthen the family and institutional ties of the participants through the elaboration of an institutional photo book, where the students and their families could contribute collectively through their perceptions about the Association. In addition, the photo book compiled part of the Institution's history and the guiding laws used by it and became an institutional record / document.
