Procedimentos para segurança em geradores de vapor

Abstract

This work consists in projects analysis methodology (processes industrial or administrative) addressed for the identification of the potentials flaw and determination manners of the effects of each one on the system of vapor generation in study, being this system a product or process. That process consists of the analysis and inspection of safety in vapor generators for engineers and for the operators of vapor generators - kettles, in the systems of routines daily, weekly, monthly, three-monthly, half-yearly and yearly. The analysis and the administration of the risks in vapor generators - kettles, is an alternative for safety's inspections in the equipments and also consultation source for the operators of kettles in the sense of a safe and calm operation of those equipments. This study tried to adapt the application of the analysis of preventive maintenance in the process of risks administration, involving vapor generators, trying to identify the principal flaws of the system. The accompaniment of that process should supply minimum elements to establish a protocol of measures and procedures to be taken to elevate the use of the vapor generation for a safe and reliable landing, in what concerns the physical integrity of the operators and too much involved in the maintenance area.
