dc.description.abstract | This research has as subject the relations between Sacred Circular Dance in Santa Maria and the Environmental Education. The type of research is participant observation, documentary and bibliographic review. The Sacred Circular Dance (SCD) gets its name from the Prussian dancer Bernhard Wosien, in mid-20th century, whom was its great founder. The SCD movement would spread around the world throughout popular dances from traditional communities to elaborated choreographies by Wosien, which will reach the present days through in numerable unfoldings. Among the guidelines of the Sacred Circular Dance are: the pursuit for the totality of the being, the communitarian spirit and the self-knowledge. This current inquiry shows the development of the Sacred Circular Dance in Santa Maria, Rio Grande do Sul, throughout the group that is consolidated in the beginning of 2014 which starts to develop actions and classes closely related to the SCD in Santa Maria and, specially in the Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM). Such group Will be managed by the professors Deisi Sangoi Freitas, Caroline Castro de Mello and Raquel Bernardi Kurtz. Therefore, the problem of this research embodies in pondering about the approaches between emanated practices and experiences of the Sacred Circular Dance and the necessities of the Environmental Education here understood through out the conceptions used by this research. The research sought to bring the dialog theoretical-practical these two major themes: Environmental Education and dances, from the theoretical approach of Edgar Morin, Enrique Leff e Bernhard Wosien. | eng |

dc.description.resumo | Essa pesquisa tem como tema as relações entre a Dança Circular Sagrada em Santa Maria e a Educação Ambiental. O tipo de pesquisa é de observação participativa, documental e de revisão bibliográfica. A Dança Circular Sagrada (DCS) ganha seu nome com o bailarino prussiano Bernhard Wosien, em meados do século XX, que vai ser o seu grande fundador. Esse movimento da DCS vai disseminar pelo mundo desde danças populares de comunidades tradicionais à coreografias elaboradas por Wosien, que vai chegar até a atualidade através de inúmeros desdobramentos. Entre as diretrizes da Dança Circular Sagrada estão: a busca da totalidade do ser, o espírito comunitário e o autoconhecimento. A presente pesquisa reflete sobre o desenvolvimento da Dança Circular Sagrada em Santa Maria, Rio Grande do Sul, a partir do grupo que se consolida no início do ano de 2014 e passa a desenvolver desde ações a aulas intimamente relacionadas à DCS na cidade de Santa Maria e, especialmente, na Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM). Tal grupo vai ser gestado pelas professoras Deisi Sangoi Freitas, Caroline Castro de Mello e Raquel Bernardi Kurtz. Desta forma, o problema dessa pesquisa se constitui em refletir sobre as aproximações entre as práticas e experiências emanadas da Dança Circular Sagrada e as necessidades da Educação Ambiental entendida aqui a partir das noções utilizadas pela pesquisa. A pesquisa buscou aproximar o diálogo teórico-prático destas duas grandes temáticas: Educação Ambiental e danças circulares, a partir da aproximação teórica de Edgar Morin, Enrique Leff e Bernhard Wosien. | por |
