dc.description.abstract | Women in domestic and family violence when accessing the judiciary face challenges and, in many cases, feel fragile and can be assisted when participating in interdisciplinary and intersectoral groups with educational actions. However, these are not always available for them to enjoy. Thus, this research project aimed to propose the training/reactivation of a multidisciplinary and intersectoral group of education with women in situations of domestic and family violence in the process of judicialization and psychosocial demands at the Specialized Reference Center for Social Assistance (CREAS) and Municipal Coordination of Public Policies for Women (CMPPM) and a municipality in the northwest of the State of Rio Grande do Sul. Of qualitative, descriptive, exploratory character was developed from a participant research, based on the reference of problematizing education, applying the arch of Charles Maguerez. The participants were eight women in domestic and family violence in the process of judicialization. Data production took place in six critical-emancipatory workshops in May and June 2019 at CREAS facilities. The empirical material was recorded and transcribed and analyzed by Bardin technique. The study respected the guidelines governing human research of the National Health Council, based on resolution 466/12, and began after approval by the Research Ethics Committee of the Federal University of Santa Maria. The results show that women who managed to separate, had support from CREAS professionals and the Municipal Coordination of Public Policies for Women and the family, some suffered property losses and difficulty in obtaining a public defender. The study contributed so that women could problematize their concrete realities, learn from each other and look for solutions to transform their conditions. They felt strengthened, becoming more autonomous, to make decisions toward the rupture of the cycle of violence. | eng |
