Os sistemas de workflow em arquivística: a identificação dos modelos e a análise das ferramentas

Abstract

The present works present Workflow technology from perspective of archival, indicating the workflow systems, as well as identification of models and analysis tools. Based on the criteria from study was to identify possible of products a tools that promote archival functions. However, was necessary to refine the results and analyze only those identified as Document Management System (DMS), which are: Agorum Core, Alfresco, ArchivistaBox, KnowledgeTree, Maarch e Owl Intranet. The research results pointed the more appropriate Workflow model to the archival institutions, the requirements of a Workflow tool for archival needs and the tools that best meet the archival institutions. Therefore, the tools Alfresco and KnowledgeTree presented as the most qualified according to the prerogatives of diagnosis and classification tools.
