Manifestações patológicas em edificações de paredes de concreto: um estudo de caso

Abstract

This paper has as a theme the inspection and evaluation of pathological manifestations observed in a set of buildings executed with the method of concrete walls molded ''in loco''. This enterprise is composed by five buildings, were all have equal apartments, financed by the program ''Minha Casa, Minha Vida'', in the city of Santa Maria - RS. This study consisted in the inspection off all apartments, on the five towers. Have been recorded and described all the pathological manifestations observed. Beyond the register of the events, proposed to discust the causes and right solutions off all pathologies in order to avoid waste and unwanted costs. By the diagnosis made, realized that all the five residential buildings presented cracks in window frames and natural ventilation frames, as also a high failure record due to executive carelessness. Finally, this study searched to contribute with the understanding of the main pathological manifestations observed in this construction method, and to avoid the relapse of the same defects in another constructions.
