O apoio matricial como instrumento de cuidado na rede de atenção psicossocial

Abstract

The mental health is a very wide, diverse and unique field of knowledge, therefore is fundamental that professionals of reference in health of a given territory are supported by a specialized team in the care. This study aims to analyze the Matrix Support in the network of psychosocial attention emphasizing its importance in user mental health for the benefit of the user, who through the knowledge shared by the supportive professionals turn into a new way of care. A bibliographical review was carried out from scientific papers on the subject. Hereby was possible to identify the concept of Matrix Support, besides instruments performed in practice and the way it was constituted as a policy. Furthermore, the potentialities and difficulties encountered by the professionals, when performing the technology of care in health services, were identified. The professional effort and individual dedication were pointed out aspects, that should always be present in the daily attendance. The management should keep in mind and in its practices the health production from strategies such as Matrix Support. This work also emphasize regarging that the user must be valued and seen with its singularities in the intervention in mental health. Therefore, the Matrix Support is a relevant tool for psychosocial care network, requiring a multiprofessional team to carry out this intervention and improve the quality of care.
