“CPAut” Uma arquitetura de controle de acesso para o CRSPE/INPE - MCT
Abstract
Existem determinados documentos que são de caráter confidencial
ou sigiloso como, por exemplo, imagens de satélites. Usadas de maneira
adequada, essas imagens podem trazer vários benefícios para a sociedade:
monitoramento ambiental, elaboração de mapas, desenvolvimento urbano,
planejamento de transporte [Vijayalakshmi, 2004], entre outros. Entretanto,
mesmo com esses diversos benefícios, essas mesmas imagens podem
ameaçar significativamente a segurança nacional e a privacidade pessoal
[Vijayalakshmi, 2004].
Este trabalho surgiu da necessidade que CRSPE/INPE - MCT tem
em usar imagens de satélites e da constatação que tais imagens deveriam
ter seu acesso controlado de forma que somente usuários legítimos
poderiam ter acesso a essas imagens.
A idéia básica é fazer que qualquer usuário que esteja conectado a
rede tenha que ser identificado e autorizado para ter acesso às imagens de
satélites. A implementação consiste de um mecanismo baseado na idéia de
Captive Portals para identificar o usuário e também de um mecanismo de
autenticação/autorização que permite definir acessos diferenciados às
imagens baseados no perfil do usuário. Como resultado, a solução proposta
permite que somente usuários legítimos tenham acesso às imagens de
satélites em função de seus perfis.
