A inserção da família no processo de socioeducação de adolescente em cumprimento de medida socioeducativa de internação

Abstract

This work is about the period of social service curricular traineeship in the institution of socioeducative care of hospitalization for adolescents in conflict with the law, the Center of Socio-educational Assistance of Maria (CASE/SM). Through this, a historical rescue of the trajectory of childhood and adolescence care in Brazil in a situation of vulnerability will be carried out, with allusion to the various institutions which assist this people. The transition from a punitive care to socio-educational service established by the Doctrine of Integral Protection, makes the child and the adolescent subject of rights. Thus, the consolidation of the Statute of the Child and Adolescent (ECA) was a milestone in the reformulation of the service to the adolescents who commit an infraction, with the responsibility through the application of the socio-educational measure. Thus, CASE/SM is a socio-occupational space in which social worker interventions are aimed at guaranteeing the rights of adolescents in compliance with measures as well as the follow-up of these and their families in order to establish and strengthen their ties. In this way, the curricular stage made it possible to know the institutional reality and some contradictions present in the Unit. The interventions carried out during the internship and the implementation of the intervention project provided greater visibility to the family, demonstrating the importance of them in the process of socio-education
