Ações de cuidado voltado às pessoas com deficiência residentes no rural: perspectiva das agendas locais/estadual de saúde com ênfase nos planos e na fala de gestores
Abstract
Objetivo: Conhecer e analisar as ações de cuidado voltado às pessoas com deficiência em
cenários rurais, na perspectiva das agendas locais/estadual de saúde, com ênfase nos planos de
saúde e nas falas dos gestores. Método: estudo descritivo-exploratório de abordagem
qualitativa, desenvolvido em nove municípios da região noroeste do Rio Grande do Sul.
Fizeram parte da pesquisa 18 participantes, sendo sete gestores municipais de saúde, sete
enfermeiros responsáveis pelas Estratégias Saúde da Família (ESF), dois representantes
estaduais das pessoas com deficiência (PCD) e dois gestores estaduais de saúde. Resultados:
Os dados revelaram que as ações de planejamento em saúde na perspectiva das agendas de
saúde ainda apresentam lacunas ao se tratar da PCD. Além da dificuldade dos gestores em
desenvolver estratégias principalmente pensando no rural, por encontrarem inúmeras barreiras
nesse processo, acarretando a invisibilidade desses usuários. Considerações finais: Busca-se
dar visibilidade ao processo de planejamento em saúde dessa população, bem como, a
capacitação dos gestores e o desenvolvimento de agendas locais/estadual de saúde que
enfatizem ações de cuidado integral.
