Análise do processo de reequilíbrio de preços da ETE Mato Grande durante a pandemia do Covid-19
Abstract
O presente trabalho tem como objetivo analisar os processos de reequilíbrio ocorridos na obra de Expansão e Modernização da Estação de Tratamento de Esgoto de Mato Grande, localizada no município de Canoas/RS, durante o período de pandemia do Covid-19, compreendido entre os anos de 2020 e 2022. A pandemia ocasionou a paralisação das atividades e diminuição da fabricação e distribuição de insumos de aço e outras matérias primas do setor, que consequentemente causaram uma inflação sem precedentes no custo da produção da construção civil. Nesse contexto, o estudo abordou quais itens necessitaram de correção nos preços, como os cálculos foram realizados e se os valores foram significativos para garantir a continuidade e qualidade da obra em questão, analisando a eficácia final do processo e sua facilidade em aplicá-la durante o andamento da obra. Um estudo descritivo qualitativo foi realizado, onde analisamos os preços e os valores aplicados em obra, calculando o valor total reequilibrado para chegar no resultado, de acordo com o método de análise Laurece Bardin. A partir dos resultados, foram criadas tabelas para comparar o lucro da empresa sem a aplicação dos processos de reequilíbrio, aonde foi possível ver importância deles para manter a viabilidade da obra, além de destacar os grandes prejuízos que foram evitados pela empresa por meio da realização desses ajustes.
