dc.description.resumo | This article presents fundamental strategic objectives for competitive and quality management of photovoltaic system installation companies in Brazil. The objectives were developed based on a survey that included the participation of 51 managers of installers distributed throughout the country. Using CVR method, the study identified the management aspects that managers consider most important for the success of their companies, such as technical training, equipment quality, customer safety, qualified sales team, and digital marketing. | por |

Proceedings of the 15th Seminar on Power Electronics and Control (SEPOC 2023) [51]
The SEPOC 2023 was an international technical, scientific, and industrial event, with the support of IEEE. Its main objective of was to provide interaction among academia and industry to discuss the latest cutting-edge technologies on Power Electronics and Control and their applications. In 2023, the main topic of the seminar was: Energy Transition: Driving decarbonization through innovative solutions and technologies applied to Power Electronics and Distributed Generation.
