Com as exigências mais rigorosas impostas pelo órgão regulador do setor elétrico e imposições dos consumidores, concessionárias de energia estão em busca de alternativas para conservar seus indicadores de continuidade do fornecimento abaixo dos limites permitidos, para não sofrerem penalizações monetárias. Qualificando sua prestação de serviço perante os clientes. Uma das alternativas é a substituição de chaves fusíveis por religadores automáticos telecomandados. O presente trabalho tem como objetivo a avalição e comparação dos indicadores coletivos DEC e FEC antes e depois da substituição da chave fusível pelo religador automático na rede da concessionária COOPERLUZ, comprovando que a troca pelo equipamento de religação foi uma alternativa correta para o trecho analisado. Foram alcançados os resultados de diminuição do indicador DEC em 23,72 % e 30,12 % no indicador FEC.
