This paper aims to present a analysis of technical and economic viability for an energy system of an industry in technology branch from an industrial complex. For this analysis its necessary a lot of important concepts as energy efficiency, electrical bills, and electricity demand, industrial lighting systems efficiency, industrial climate control and economic analysis in energy efficiency. Besides, the methodology shows steps of the materials used survey of installed loads and the stages of execution of the study. In brief, the technical results consequently reduce 15% of electric energy consumption in combination with LED replacement and a reduction of chillers for the cooling system, joined the economic results through the analysis of the Net Present Value and Capital Return Time.por
