Principais enteroparasitoses humanas em Pinhal Grande/RS sob a perspectiva socioambiental
Abstract
A pesquisa trata da perspectiva socioambiental em relação às parasitoses intestinais humanas mais diagnosticadas no município de Pinhal Grande/RS e uma possível proposta de interligação e cooperação, via trabalho em rede, entre as diversas políticas públicas, principalmente da Saúde, Meio Ambiente, Assistência Social e Educação, como tentativa de minimização desta endemia no plano municipal através da potencialização da profilaxia e promoção da saúde, a começar por uma plausível parceria entre Serviço Social e Educação Ambiental. Utiliza uma abordagem qualitativa exploratória em forma de entrevista com os principais mediadores da saúde no município, valendo-se de revisão bibliográfica para análise e conhecimento sobre o referido assunto sem a intenção de esgotá-lo. Quanto às parasitoses intestinais mais diagnosticadas destacaram-se: a Ascaridíase em primeiro lugar, a Giardíase em segundo plano, a Estrongiloidíase na terceira colocação. Entretanto, de acordo com a entrevista à Pastoral da Saúde, a Enterobíase apareceria em terceira posição, mantendo as demais em igual disposição. A partir disso, foi desenvolvido um folheto informativo sobre as quatro enteroparasitoses mais incidentes na população pinhal grandense, a ser distribuído na Unidade Básica de Saúde (UBS), nas escolas do município e nas comunidades interioranas.
