Estudo de viabilidade para proposição de uma cooperativa solar fotovoltaica para Serra Nordeste do Rio Grande do Sul
Abstract
A geração de energia elétrica a partir de fontes renováveis é uma solução de eficiência
energética para atender a crescente demanda por energia de forma sustentável e diversificar a
matriz energética Brasileira. Dentro desse contexto a energia fotovoltaica vem se destacando
nos últimos anos por sua modularidade e a instalação que não gera gases de efeito estufa e
não causa novos impactos ambientais, por se tratar na maioria das vezes de instalações em
áreas urbanas já impactadas pelo homem. O presente trabalho refere-se ao estudo de
implantação, dimensionamento e viabilidade econômica de uma cooperativa solar fotovoltaica
para geração de energia entre vinte e seis cooperados da serra nordeste do Rio Grande do Sul.
Foi elaborado um plano de instituição para a cooperativa em questão e então coletada as
demandas individuais desses interessados por meio da fatura de energia elétrica. Após a
tabulação dos dados e estabelecidos a divisão energética de cada sócio foi realizado o
dimensionamento do sistema fotovoltaico que resultou em uma minigeração, também foi
estudado os demais parâmetros que englobam o projeto como área de implantação, obras
civis, rede elétrica e sombreamento. Nos resultados, foi analisada a eficiência e a estimativa
de geração energética da cooperativa e para cada cooperado, na qual implica em um estudo de
viabilidade financeira onde cada sócio, com um sistema de potência diferente submeteu-se a
investimentos em R$/Wp distintos. O trabalho foi finalizado com uma análise de investimento
do capital ao longo de vinte anos para a cooperativa de forma geral, que resultou em um
tempo de retorno médio do investimento de 6,5 anos. O tempo de retorno de investimento
para cada cooperado individual sofreu variações de acordo com o percentual de geração de
energia e capital investido respectivamente.
