Gestão democrático-participativa: as relações interpessoais como mediadoras nos processos de compartilhamento entre saberes e fazeres
Abstract
Essa pesquisa objetivou ressaltar a importância das relações interpessoais nos processos de gestão democrático-participativos. Buscou-se reconhecer e analisar os elementos valorativos de tais relações, como subsídio mediador à constituição da gestão democrático-participativa, ou compartilhada, a fim de contribuir para a humanização dos contextos escolares, redimensionando as perspectivas quanto ao contexto de gestão educacional democrática. Ter provocado uma ação reflexiva sobre as implicações dos momentos interativos vivenciados, entre os integrantes da comunidade escolar, possibilitou evidenciar as contribuições ao processo de gestão compartilhada. Tendo em vista a problemática e os objetivos de pesquisa levantados, este trabalho investigativo se direcionou aos princípios qualitativos de pesquisa, a partir de fontes bibliográficas. Para lançar mão dessa temática, selecionou-se um referencial teórico, dentre o qual se destacam: Ferreira (2000; 2001), Grillo (2000; 2001), Libâneo (2003; 2004), Mosquera e Stöbaus (2001), entre outros. Concluiu-se que, para haver uma gestão democrática, é preciso existir ou acontecer, uma educação democrática. As experiências de vida e o ambiente sócio-cultural constituem-se como componentes-chave na explicação do desempenho dos gestores, para sustentar suas práticas cotidianas. A mudança que pode ser vivida pelo gestor é fruto de um processo que acontece como resultado de múltiplos fatores. O(s) gestor(es) não pode(m) contar apenas com seus saberes adquiridos nas leituras feitas à luz de outros autores, para orientar suas ações. Mas, sobretudo, pelo conhecimento adquirido na “leitura” dos fatos cotidianos, nas atividades realizadas, o que implicará numa articulação de ação-reflexão-ação, em prol de um fazer crítico, construtivo e afetivo, num processo necessariamente dialógico e participativo.
