Programa saúde na escola em Santa Maria/RS: avaliação e percepção de profissionais da saúde atuantes em ESF
Abstract
O objetivo deste estudo foi avaliar a participação e a percepção dos profissionais da saúde que compõem equipes de ESF de Santa Maria/RS e residentes do Programa de Residência Multiprofissional Integrada em Sistema Público de Saúde com ênfase em Atenção Básica/ESF (PRMISPS-AB) da UFSM em relação ao Programa Saúde na Escola (PSE). Além disso, visou-se estabelecer comparações entre as unidades de saúde que contam com residentes e as unidades que não recebem esses profissionais. Trata-se de um estudo do tipo transversal, quantitativo, com aplicação de questionário estruturado e elaborado pelos pesquisadores. A análise dos dados se deu por meio do software SPSS, versão 20. Inicialmente foi realizada uma análise descritiva (freq. absoluta e relativa), sendo posteriormente aplicados testes de associação. Os resultados demonstraram que uma quantidade considerável de servidores não está envolvida no programa. Verificou-se que a participação nas ações e a frequência com que a equipe realiza as atividades foram maiores nas unidades onde tem residentes do PRMISPS-AB. A maioria avaliou a quantidade das capacitações oferecidas como muito pouco/pouco, bem como a qualidade das capacitações como regular. Percebeu-se uma baixa participação das ESF na construção do Projeto Político Pedagógico das escolas. O Ensino Médio e o EJA são os níveis de ensino onde menos são realizadas ações do PSE. A falta de recursos financeiros e materiais foi o problema mais citado para desenvolvimento das ações. Portanto, faz-se necessário promover o comprometimento dos profissionais com o programa, o diálogo sistematizado entre as partes e, por fim, a intersetorialidade, de fato.
