dc.description.abstract | This study does the relation between inclusion and school management and what are
the measures taken for implementation of inclusive policy. It was intended, through
this study, investigating the field of research of practice of inclusion in a public and
municipal school from Vera Cruz, RS. It is considered a potential proposal, because it
is just the relation between the school management with all school community that
will enable social and educational inclusion of students. The theoretical basis is ruled
by authors such as Lebâneo (2001), by mentioning the importance of a democratic
and participatory school management; Carvalho (2008), the view that the different
term should be thought about the perspective on the diversity and the specificities of
each one. For the construction of the data, observed in school, student behavior
included their classmates and teachers in the classroom and in the yard. It was
noticed that the acceptance of differences by classmates is very quiet, some
teachers, however, show expectations. Also, there was an interview with the school
management team, seeking to identify the involvement of the subjects in the
educational field of research about inclusive practices. The results indicated that
some teachers feel unprepared and anxious. There is also a lack of participation of
parents and the school community with the school. The inclusion is in the process, so
the success of the school management depends on the participation of all subjects
involved in the educational process. | eng |

e no pátio.
tranquila, alguns professores, no entanto, demonstram anseios.
