A motivação dos recursos humanos na administração pública
Abstract
O presente trabalho trata de refletir sobre o tema da motivação e pesquisar a opinião
dos servidores, funcionários e professores, que exercem cargos nas Secretarias da
Fazenda e da Educação, na Administração do Município de Soledade, quanto aos
fatores motivacionais que impulsionam alto nível de satisfação no desempenho das
suas atribuições. A pesquisa foi realizada com base no modelo dos dois fatores de
Herzberg (1959), mediante a aplicação de questionário estruturado, constando de
questões fechadas e uma de resposta livre. Os dados coletados foram analisados,
discutidos e responderam aos questionamentos propostos pela pesquisa. Os
resultados concluíram que não são os mesmos fatores que geram elevada
satisfação em ambas as categorias funcionais. A investigação demonstrou que os
fatores de conteúdo do trabalho, reconhecimento e crescimento, alcançaram alto
nível de satisfação aos respondentes da categoria funcionários e fatores de
contexto, estabilidade e benefícios sociais, no mesmo nível, foram apontados pelos
participantes da categoria servidor-professor. O estudo, pela significação em termos
de contribuição aos gestores da Administração, não assume caráter definitivo e
sugere a necessidade de continuidade do processo em novos momentos de
investigação.
