Psicanálise e gestão de saúde: diálogos possíveis?
Abstract
A Psicanálise vem contribuindo para as transformações das condições de
tratamento e da problematização referente ao lugar que o sujeito ocupa nos
dispositivos ofertados pela rede de saúde pública. A inserção da Psicanálise nestes
contextos é oportunizada pelo caráter de não dogmatismo de sua teoria, bem como
pela ética de sua intervenção. Com isso, este estudo tem como objetivo central
levantar e analisar questões que envolvam a possibilidade de diálogo entre a
Psicanálise e a Gestão de Saúde, trazendo a oportunidade de uma (re)atualização
dos processos de gestão em saúde. Ressalta-se que não se trata aqui de construir
uma “gestão psicanalítica” das realidades de saúde, e sim, auxiliar no ato de pensar
o processo e contexto da gestão. Trata-se de um trabalho teórico, cujas fontes foram
as produções bibliográficas a respeito do tema. Como conclusão, destaca-se que,
apesar dos entraves e constantes desafios aos quais é submetida, a prática
psicanalítica é plenamente viável e efetiva nos âmbitos da gestão em saúde.
