Uso das tecnologias da informação e comunicação no ensino superior presencial
Abstract
Este trabalho apresenta uma investigação sobre as Tecnologias da Informação e Comunicação (TIC) utilizadas pelos professores do Curso de Administração da Universidade Federal do Pampa – Campus Santana do Livramento. As TIC têm sido apontadas como facilitadores no processo de ensino e aprendizagem, porém é pouco o que se sabe sobre essa mediação realizada no ensino superior. Este trabalho busca identificar os benefícios que o uso das diferentes ferramentas de TIC possibilita no processo de ensino e aprendizagem dos alunos e docentes e traz as percepções desses professores sobre as dificuldades e as facilidades que o uso das TIC trazem ao processo de ensino e aprendizagem em sala de aula. A pesquisa foi realizada com base na abordagem qualitativa, por meio de entrevistas com o corpo docente atuante no curso no semestre corrente: 2017/1. Inicialmente foi feita uma revisão literária com o objetivo de mostrar a utilização das tecnologias e depois é feita uma discussão a partir das falas dos professores e percepções obtidas por meio da entrevista realizada. Após a análise dos resultados, conclui-se que os recursos mais explorados são: a apresentação de aulas através de slides e data show e o uso da plataforma Moodle como apoio. Como resultados percebe-se que falta maior emprego de outras possibilidades do uso das tecnologias, sugere-se utilização de softwares educativos ou de simulações, aplicativos, grupos de discussão em redes sociais, simulações práticas de conteúdos abordados em sala de aula.
