Projeto e aplicação de indutores planares em conversores eletrônicos
Abstract
O elevado rendimento proporcionado por conversores estáticos os torna competitivos e amplamente utilizados no acondicionamento e na conversão de energia, sendo aplicados desde a geração de energia até o consumidor final. Algumas dessas aplicações necessitam de elevada densidade de potência, requerendo volume e peso reduzidos. Conversores de potência possuem elementos reativos necessários para o funcionamento desses. Entre os demais componentes de um conversor de potência, indutores, capacitores e transformadores estão entre os mais pesados e volumosos. Visando o aumento da densidade de potência através da substituição de indutores convencionais por indutores planares com núcleo de ar, é proposta no presente trabalho uma metodologia de projeto de indutores planares, buscando valores de indutância através de simulações utilizando o método dos elementos finitos. Para a consolidação da teoria e do projeto abordado, simulações e experimentos com circuitos de filtros analógicos e conversores eletrônicos são realizados, empregando elementos planares a esses. Observando, também, as características desses dispositivos, comparando-os com os indutores de núcleo de ferrite já consolidados.
