Campanha para o programa jovens talentos da AIESEC Santa Maria sob uma perspectiva de convergência em rede social
Abstract
As novas configurações dos consumidores vêm dando às pessoas o poder de participar da formação de uma imagem de marca, bem como de influenciar a decisão de compra de terceiros. Uma organização deve primeiramente entender seu propósito, para depois construir a forma como vai transmitir esse proposito e por fim, o que vai oferecer à sociedade como produto – bem como
a aplicação do Golden Circle. A teoria foi apresentada como uma forma de analisar se o que a organização entende como propósito de existência está alinhado com seus processos comunicacionais, bem como, propor uma campanha publicitária que abranja tanto a teoria quanto uma linha criativa que engaje o jovem e que, acima de tudo, empodere ele para produção de novos
significados a partir da mensagem da organização, a fim de difundir de forma mais eficiente e sem custo o seu propósito. Para as organizações se manterem fiéis as suas mensagens, devem orientar os seus colaboradores para que assumam a responsabilidade de serem porta-vozes da comunicação no que diz respeito ao consumo em rede, apresentando-se como fãs primários e influenciadores dos outros usuários. Os resultados da pesquisa indicam que a AIESEC em Santa Maria possui uma linha comunicacional ainda fragilizada, porém seus fãs – membros da organização – possuem um discurso bastante alinhado com os objetivos gerais da organização. O que facilita no processo de realinhar a produção de uma imagem centrada no seu propósito.
