O processo de inclusão do aluno com altas habilidades/superdotação (AH/SD) no ensino superior
Abstract
O presente Trabalho de Conclusão do Curso de Graduação em Educação Especial
Noturno vinculado ao Centro de Educação, da Universidade Federal de Santa Maria,
tem como objetivo geral investigar o processo de inclusão do aluno com altas
habilidades/superdotação (AH/SD) no início do Ensino Superior da UFSM. Para
tanto, optou-se por realizar um estudo de caso, de caráter qualitativo. Como
instrumento de coleta de dados foi utilizada uma entrevista semiestruturada , com o
propósito de investigar a inclusão, os desafios e as suas potencialidades no
ambiente acadêmico. A presente pesquisa foi realizada com duas acadêmicas
identificadas com AH/SD que ingressaram no ensino superior, nos cursos de
Arquivologia e Ciências Sociais Bacharelado. A formação inicial é de suma
importância para potencializar a conduta do profissional, tanto no que se refere ao
conhecimento a ser adquirido como no exercício de sua autonomia. E este percurso
a ser trilhado durante o ensino superior é de muitos desafios e enfrentamentos.
Como resultado das análises foi possível identificar diversos enfrentamentos para a
inclusão no ensino superior, dentre eles destacam -se as relações com os pares e a
formação dos professores, salientando o conhecimento e informação desses acerca
das AH/SD. Este estudo objetivou investigar o processo de inclusão do adulto no
ensino superior, reconhecendo os desafios desse processo e refletindo acerca
desses, de modo que a inclusão seja discutida e praticada.
