Serviços de saúde utilizados pelos usuários de saúde mental de uma estratégia de saúde da família
Abstract
A identificação de fluxogramas referente ao percurso dos usuários na rede de saúde mental é um importante dispositivo para a reflexão e, consequentemente, para o aprimoramento do cuidado aos usuários. Objetivo do estudo é identificar os serviços de saúde utilizados pelos usuários de saúde mental em uma ESF. Trata-se de estudo exploratório, descritivo de abordagem qualitativa. Os dados do estudo foram coletados a partir de dados secundários, obtidos por meio de prontuários eletrônicos do sistema de informação em saúde utilizado pelo município central do estado do RS. Destaca-se que a amostra total do estudo foi composta por 297 prontuários. Destes, 62% que equivale 166 usuários não possuem diagnóstico de saúde mental, CID-10 (Classificação Internacional de Doenças). Identificou-se que os usuários foram atendidos em sete serviços de saúde diferentes, ou seja, fora do território da ESF. Em relação aos dados presentes nas evoluções das consultas apenas três serviços de saúde possuíam registro de evolução do atendimento no sistema de informação de saúde do município. Em relação ao número de consultas 56% de usuários realizaram dezesseis ou mais consultas, entretanto, 62%, que equivalem a 166 usuários adscrito no território, faltaram em média de três a cinco consultas no período estudado. Por concluinte percebe-se que mesmo com a implementação do sistema eletrônico de prontuários, as informações obtidas ainda são falhas, pois muitos prontuários são incompletos, acarretando em um “usuário peregrino”, que busca diferentes serviços para receber o cuidado. Salienta-se que é preciso ampliar e expandir os cenários de pesquisa deste estudo para qualificação do processo, visto que o estudo em questão foi realizado apenas em uma ESF. Ao conhecer as limitações deste estudo torna-se necessária a atuação ampliada, integral e humanizada das equipesem diferentes serviços que constituem a rede de saúde mental.
