Formação de professores que atuam na educação inclusiva
Abstract
Esta pesquisa tem por objetivo discutir que tipo de formação os professores
que trabalham na educação inclusiva estão recebendo, baseado no programa do
governo de escola para todos. Para isso proponho fazer uma pesquisa teórica
bibliográfica que venha nos nortear com relação à educação inclusiva, sobretudo, a
inclusão de surdos na rede regular de ensino.
Através deste trabalho, pode-se estabelecer uma discussão, reflexão e metas
a serem estabelecidas a cerca da educação que estão recebendo os alunos na dita
inclusão escolares, sobretudo os surdos e como estão preparados os professores
para esse processo, se é que estão preparados, e que implicações acarretam nos
processos de formação de aprendizagem sobre estes sujeitos, e que tipo de
formação querem de fato os professores receber para que tenham suporte prático e
teórico do sujeito que tiver que atender.
O que está mudando são as concepções sobre o sujeito surdo, as descrições
em torno da sua língua, as definições sobre as políticas educacionais, a análise das
relações dos saberes e poderes entre adultos surdos e adultos ouvintes, etc.
Entre as múltiplas contribuições que geraram essas mudanças, é
imprescindível assinalar que a divulgação dos modelos denominados de educação
bilíngüe e bicultural, e o aprofundamento teórico acerca das concepções sociais,
culturais e antropológicas da surdez, se constituem como elementos mais
significativos. As limitações na organização de projetos políticos, de cidadania, dos
direitos lingüísticos, e as dificuldades no processo de reorganização e de construção
pedagógica. O problema é o quanto se distância os projetos pedagógicos do clínico
e do quanto se aproxima de um olhar antropológico e cultural.
