Análise de procedimentos operacionais do factoring
Abstract
O factoring, também chamado de fomento mercantil é um
mecanismo de alavancagem dos negócios das micros, pequenas e médias
empresas. O trabalho busca analisar os procedimentos operacionais do
factoring, demonstrando as suas funções. Sendo utilizado como recursos para
análise a revisão da literatura realizada através de publicações, referências
bibliográficas, pesquisa na internet e estudo descritivo em uma factoring. As
atividades do factoring devem estar direcionadas para o incremento das
atividades produtivas. O factoring pode, ser considerado instrumento
promocional das vendas de sua clientela, em virtude da sua prestação
especializada de serviços múltiplos, de acordo com as necessidades de seus
clientes, que pode culminar com a aquisição dos créditos comerciais por elas
gerados. Pode-se afirmar que o factoring é o resultado da coordenação
funcional de serviços e do fornecimento de recursos baseado na compra dos
direitos representados pelas vendas mercantis da produção ou de serviço a
prazo de sua clientela, assumindo profissionalmente um papel de primordial
importância na gestão da empresa-cliente ao lado dos seus dirigentes. Entre os
vários benefícios da utilização do factoring destacam-se: a oportunidade de o
cliente dedicar-se integralmente a sua empresa, produzindo e vendendo, tendo
a oportunidade de negociar as duplicatas a receber com a empresa de
factoring, como se estivesse vendendo toda sua produção a vista, sem outros
acréscimos ou saldos compensatórios. O factoring é um mecanismo que se
destina a facilitar a vida de suas empresas-clientes, fomentando e alavancando
suas atividades indispensáveis à concretização de seu objeto social, ampliando
seus ativos, expandindo suas vendas, eliminando seu endividamento e
otimizando sua capacidade gerencial, principalmente para as micros,
pequenas e médias empresas que são responsáveis pela geração de
empregos e conseqüentemente o desenvolvimento da economia do país.
