Políticas públicas relativas à dependência química no Brasil: uma revisão narrativa
Abstract
Políticas públicas para a área da dependência quimica tem sido debatidas nos diferentes segmentos da sociedade, com vista a qualificar a atenção as pessoas usuárias e dependentes de substancias psiquicoativas e seus familiares. O objetivo foi analisar a produção científica e de regulamentações brasileiras sobre políticas públicas existentes no cenário da dependência química. Realizou-se uma revisão narrativa, a partir do ano de 2006, a busca foi na Bireme, SciELO e LILACS, totalizando 17 estudos selecionados para realizar a revisão. Os resultados permearam duas categorias: a elaboração de políticas públicas no Brasil para dependência química e as ações no contexto atual para o dependente químico, constando-se as vertentes das legislações nesse âmbito, juntamente com ações positivas e negativas no cenário do usuário dependente químico, apontaram que educação permanente e continuada são fundamentais para os profissionais de saúde realizem um atendimento de qualidade e com êxito na rede de cuidado onde os serviços de saúde atuam. Também reforça que no trabalho de políticas públicas na dependência química necessitam de um maior aprofundamento, para que profissionais e gestores possam debater e se subsidiar para realizar um trabalho integral ao indivíduo dependente químico.
